Mark Sims: Mark began working for the company in sales and service support in 1997. His passion to provide exceptional customer service is what drives him today. “We’re a service company first and foremost, that’s how we build trust with our customers. It’s after that relationship that’s been established that they realize the tremendous quality and value of our products and services.” He acquired the business from his parents in 2003, which happily retired and has extended the company’s vision forward. Spear heading a new version of the green movement with distribution of the first green certified air freshener and creating a Premium Tree Free paper product line made from sugar cane; he’s committed to cutting edge products and services that show one can “Buy Green but still Save Green”. Mark’s deep rooted commitment to Fikes is complimented by his commitment to his dedication to family as well as charitable commitments. He and his wife Suzanne are also committed to larger causes and passionately contribute to both local and worldwide charities found in Fikes Gives Back. Mark in the New York Times! |
