Charlie Cabrera 

Regional Sales Manager

Charlie joined the Fikes team in 2005 after he sold to Fikes his grass roots odor control business based out of Vancouver, WA. Prior to running his own business, Charlie worked for many large organizations over the years such as State Chemical.  He felt the merging of his company with Fikes was the right philosophical fit on both customer service and pricing.  Charlie is now able to focus on his true passion,  building and nurturing relationships with customers.  Charlie is our true expert on scents and their overall effect on a persons perceptions and buying behaviors. A man of many talents, Charlie is also an accomplished musician and magician with tricks that none of our customers or staff can come close to figuring out.  He often says with a smile, “When it comes to magic, I’m truly best at making odors disappear”. 

John Lawler

Customer Service Manager

Prior to being recruited by Fikes in 2006, John worked for Royal Cup Coffee and Office Depot.  He is incredibly energetic and a key component to Fikes focus on customer service.  In recent years he has helped refine and improve Fikes Premium Care, our total bathroom cleaning and hygiene service, which benefits numerous retail, restaurant and industrial customers.  John’s tremendous energy preceeds him and he is a fantastic addition to the Fikes Team and sanitation industry as a whole.  

Dennis Steltz

Customer Service Specialist

Dennis joined Fikes in early 2009 after retiring from thirty years of hard work at Pepsi Bottling Group in Portland, Oregon. There he started at the bottom and worked his way up to a lead managerial position for over twelve years.  Dennis has serviced thousands of satisfied customers over the years, while learning about and listening to customers’ concerns and needs. He is a true go-getter who strives for client satisfaction.  Dennis has become very knowledgeable about Fikes products and services and enjoys working with our team to ensure that you are provided with a high quality of dedication and commitment.

Craig Williams

Oregon Operations Manager

Craig and Mark’s father Al were partners from the early beginning and both families have worked closely over the last two decades.  Craig was the original owner of Fikes in the Oregon market and decided to sell his business to Mark in 2005.  It was a natural fit considering the deep rooted relationship that existed, coupled with his desire to continue working to assist with the operational side of the business. Craig has a vast knowledge of sanitation products as well as being our restroom hygiene authority.  His wisdom has helped provide a solid foundation in choosing the most optimal cleaning products and procedures. 

Rick Rose, GCIC

Account Manager

Rick has been with Fikes since 2005 and he is our Green Cleaning Consultant and Germ Control Specialist. Rick has a wealth of experience in various custodial occupations ranging from work with Department of Agriculture to United States Army museum and hotels.  Rick has been cerfied by a federal approved institution and is on a National Register for Green Certified Technicians. Rick has been in the sanitation industry for over twenty four years and has seen a lot of changes made in cleaning over the past years.  He realizes “One thing is for sure and that is with all the different kinds of viruses and contaminated bacteria out there standard cleaning practices are not enough to combat these diseases like they used to over twenty years ago,  this is why Fikes is called into action, we have the advance technology needed to combat anything out there, we are the first line of defense.”

Luba Vasilevskiy

Office Manager

Luba joined Fikes in February 2008 after moving to Seattle from Florida where she worked as an Office Manager for Tatiana Fashions.  She started there as a personal assistant and worked her way up to a managerial position in less than two years.  She worked on the development of wholesale & retail catalogs, including photo shoots and handled factory orders with Latvia in Russian.  She also maintained the wholesale and retail websites including inventory and customer service.  She started at Fikes as an Administrative Assistant and has helped successfully integrate the new routing system in early 2009.  In April 2009, she was promoted to Office Manager and has recently helped in the website development as well as improving customer service.  She loves her job and is excited to be part of the Fikes team!
