Order Information

Placing an Order

Please use or secure internet site to place an order.  Using our internet site to place your order will be the fastest and most accurate way to get an order to us.  We know that sometimes it helps to talk to a real person so use the our contact page or call us, we are always happy to help you in any way we can. 

Changing an Order

Once an order has been submitted, there may be a fee for any changes.  Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your change request.  If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to make changes unless you decide to ship return the items for exchange. 

Minimum Order

We have no minimum order requirement but please remember that our flat shipping rate of $8.95 will apply to most size or dollar amounts (some restrictions apply).

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to correct the situation.  Fikes will not be responsible for damages caused by shipping companies. 

Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled before the product has been shipped to you without penalty. 

Out of Stock Items

Most our products are in our warehouse waiting to be shipped to you.  Specialty items or items that we have had unexpected high sales of may require additional time to stock and ship to you.  In the event of a stocking problem, we will contact you immediately with the contact information you have given us in your check out or member information.  

Our Shipping Time

Our shipping time is 2-7 business days.  We include packaging and shipping time in our estimated arrival time.  When you reach the shipping section of our checkout process, you will be given different shipping options.  Please choose the shipping option that gives the arrival date you require.

Samples

In general, we do not provide free samples.  In order to obtain a sample, we request that you order the item through our website in the standard manner.  We may be able to make an exception to this for large orders.  Please contact customer service on our contact us page.
