Shipping Info
Rush Shipping
If you need your items faster than our standard shipping time, we offer a rush service for the greater of $10.00 or 10% of the order total. Please also consider picking up or delivery service if you live near one of our two warehouse locations in Porltand, OR or Kent, WA. Within certain proximities of our Kent, WA and Portland, OR warehouses, orders of over $100.00 can be delivered for a $5.00 fee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $8.95. In the event that you are ordering product that weighs more than 20 pounds, total weight of your order will be calculated during the order process. You will be able to choose from several shipping options and corresponding arrival dates before finalizing your order. APO/FPO Addresses
First, we at Fikes would like to sincerely thank you for your service. Secondly, because we appreciate what you do, we would like to offer a discounted shipping rate to any APO/FPO address of $5.00 flat fee. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for APO/FPO orders.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes
We use UPS as our primary shipping company and will happily deliver to PO Box.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii by UPS.
International Shipping
Shipping charges to international addresses are equal to UPS priority mail charge plus $5.00 handling. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.
Shipping Problems
While we are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by shipping companies, customer satisfaction is our primary concern. If you experience any shipping problems, please contact us. We will do everything possible to correct the situation.
Picking up Your Order
Orders can be picked up in Kent, WA or Portland, OR by selecting Pickup shipping method. We will e-mail you when your order is ready for you. Visit our Contact Us section for our addresses and maps.
Local Delivery
We take customer service seriously and would be happy to deliver our products to those who leave in a close proximity to our Kent, WA and Portland, OR warehouses. We may charge a nominal fee up to $10.00 for more remote locations.
Shipping Liquids
Please note that UPS and USPS have regulations regarding shipping liquids. We cannot ship liquids via US Priority Mail, UPS Next Day, 2nd day or 3rd day. The ONLY method we can use for liquids is UPS ground. This means we are unable to supply Alaska, Hawaii or international locations with any liquid product.
Non Stock Products
Please note certain non stock products may take up to two weeks lead time to reach our warehouse. We will send an email to notifiy you if this is the case.
Return Policy
Please make sure you have the correct items before placing an order. To return merchandise, written or e-mail permission must be obtained in advance. All products must be in their original form and unopened packaging. If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. We accept returns 30 days from the date of purchase and provide store credit. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. However, we do not accept returns on any of our liquid items, such a soap, cleaners, etc. Shipping returns back to us is buyers responsibility. For us to keep prices as low and competitive as possible, we recommend contacting us before placing an order to make sure it is the item you are looking for.
