Meet the Founder
Mark Sims: Mark began working in sales and service support in the mid 90's. His passion to provide exceptional customer service and to exceed expectations is what drives him today. “We’re a service company first and foremost, with great people that project an authentic positive approach providing great services and products. If we can't help clients enhance image, save time and reduce costs every time then we haven't followed our mission statement. That’s how we build long-term trust with our customers.”
He moved to Western Washington in the late 90's and started his business out of a modest storage unit. On a shoe string he purchased a van, hired a team member to help and began building the business. Today Fikes takes care of thousands of clients throughout the Northwest.
Mark’s deep rooted commitment to Fikes is complimented by his commitment to the love of business. He is highly involved in the support of local entrepreneurship and serves on various boards supporting small business such as the Northwest Chapter of EO as well as other charitable efforts throughout the region and abroad.
Mark, his wife Suzanne as well as their two sons, Brayden and Ryder, enjoy all things local. They love hiking, climbing, fishing and all sports particuarly their beloved Seattle Seahawks, Thunderbirds Hockey & Portland Trailblazers.
